Kundalini Yoga cannot be learned from a book. Yogi Bhajan frequently emphasised the importance of having a teacher. Kundalini Yoga is far more about your inner experience than any sort of outer perfection.
Your experience when you practise relates both to what is going on inside of you, and to the group consciousness that is created when practising together. This is why practising with a group in class takes your practice to a higher level. The group energy carries you and helps you to keep up.
If you are looking for a class near you, try contacting the National Association in your country. In Europe, most countries have a national association of Kundalini Yoga teachers – see the list below for contacts.
In Europe most countries have their National Kundalini Yoga Teacher Association(KYTA) and some don’t. Look up for Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan and you will find a teacher near you.
